OVERVIEW

We want you to be happy with your Tibles purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it
  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase


NO FINAL SALE ITEMS

We do not have “final sale” items. All standard products are eligible for return if they meet the conditions above.


NO RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge restocking fees.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


HOW TO START A RETURN

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate and make it right.


PROMO CODES & DIGITAL UNLOCKS (IMPORTANT)

Some items include promo codes or digital unlocks.

  • If a code has been revealed, used, or redeemed, the item is not eligible for return or refund.
  • If a code is unused, the item may be returned subject to the rest of this policy.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order separately


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

You are still responsible for return shipping costs.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at orders@tibles.com
