OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy describes how Tibles Inc. (“Tibles”, “we”, “us”) handles shipping, delivery, and related issues for orders placed through our store.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship:
- Within the United States
- Internationally to select countries
If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within:
1–5 business days
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During high-volume periods (drops, holidays, promotions), processing may take longer.
SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIMES
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather events
- Strikes or labor disruptions
- Supply chain issues
- Any event outside our control
ADDRESS ACCURACY (VERY IMPORTANT)
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Packages returned due to address errors
- Packages marked “undeliverable” or “unclaimed”
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we may (at our discretion):
- Refund the item price minus shipping, or
- Offer reshipment at your expense
RISK OF LOSS
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier:
Title and risk of loss pass to you.
This means:
- We are not responsible for carrier delays
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier acceptance
If a package is lost, you must contact the carrier first. We will provide tracking info and reasonable assistance, but we do not guarantee replacements.
TRACKING
When available, tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order ships.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not update immediately or consistently.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & VAT
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties
- VAT
- Taxes
- Brokerage or handling fees
These charges are:
The sole responsibility of the recipient
We do not:
- Control these fees
- Pre-collect them (unless explicitly stated at checkout)
- Refund orders refused due to customs fees or import charges
If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the order is not refundable.
REFUSED, RETURNED, OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is:
- Refused
- Unclaimed
- Returned to sender
- Undeliverable
We may, at our discretion:
- Refund the item cost minus shipping, or
- Offer reshipment at your expense
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Please contact the carrier immediately
- Then contact us at orders@tibles.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and item
We handle damage claims case-by-case.
PROMO CODES AND DIGITAL ITEMS
Some products include promo codes or digital unlocks.
We are not responsible if:
- A package is lost or stolen after delivery
- A code is used by someone else due to delivery issues
Lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- War
- Strikes
- Pandemics
- Port closures
- Carrier system failures
- Government actions
